Are you a construction or trade professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact in communities across NSW?

Our client is delivering a large-scale state-wide home energy program and is seeking experienced Supervisors to oversee the quality, safety and delivery of residential energy technology installations across NSW.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working with people, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will be responsible for visiting residential properties, supporting subcontractors, liaising with homeowners and ensuring works are completed in line with strict quality and compliance requirements.

This is not a traditional construction site management role to we are looking for reliable and capable supervisors who understand construction environments, can follow processes, communicate effectively and take ownership of delivering successful outcomes.

The Role

Reporting to the Program Manager / Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Visiting residential properties across NSW to oversee installation works completed by subcontractors

Ensuring works are completed safely, correctly and meet required quality standards

Conducting site inspections, quality checks and reporting outcomes

Managing relationships with subcontractors and installation teams

Liaising professionally with homeowners and community members

Identifying and escalating issues, risks or delays

Completing site documentation, reports and compliance checks

Supporting the successful delivery of a major community-focused energy program

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

Previous experience supervising, coordinating or overseeing construction, trade or installation works

Strong understanding of residential construction environments

Experience managing subcontractors or external crews

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A practical, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail

The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

A commitment to safety, quality and following processes

Desirable Experience:

Electrical trade background (highly regarded but not essential)

Experience within residential construction, energy, utilities, and maintenance or infrastructure projects

Experience completing inspections, audits or quality assurance activities

Previous exposure to working in customer-facing environments

What's On Offer:

Salary package of 100,000 to 130,000 + super depending on experience

Fixed-term opportunity with potential to transition into a permanent position

Location Requirements

The preferred locations for this role are Sydney and Newcastle, however strong applicants from Regional NSW, Northern NSW and the Northern Rivers will also be considered.

Travel will be required, with the majority being day trips, however some overnight and multi-day travel may be required depending on project requirements.
