Food and Beverage Supervisor to Snow Season 2026

The Perisher Manor Hotel, located in a true ski?in, ski?out position at the base of the lifts in Perisher Ski Resort, is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team for the 2026 Snow Season. This role is available for an immediate start in our busy public bar and food court.

We are looking for someone who enjoys a fast?paced environment, has a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, and is able to work day shifts—including weekends and public holidays.
