We are looking for an experienced and reliable Barista / All-Round Sandwich Hand to join our team at a busy coffee shop located within Cabramatta Railway Station.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a long-term, stable position with consistent weekly hours in a fast-paced and friendly environment.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position that combines coffee making, sandwich preparation and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving quality coffee and beverages

Making sandwiches, wraps and light food items

Providing friendly and efficient customer service

Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards

Assisting with opening and closing duties

Working as part of a small, energetic team

What We're Looking For

Previous barista experience essential

Experience preparing sandwiches and light food preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Reliable, punctual and well-presented

Ability to work efficiently during busy periods

A positive attitude and team-focused approach

Availability Requirements

Applicants must be available to:

Start early morning shifts from 4:00am

Work a mix of weekday and weekend shifts

Be available for some afternoon shifts as required
