You've built your sea export operations expertise over the years. Now is the chance for you to grow and lead a small team.

Due to increased volumes, this established forwarder is after a Sea Export Supervisor in their office near Matraville. This is a hands-on operations leadership role, meaning you'll lead the team while still having your own trades to manage.

This is ideal for a freight forwarding operator / customer service looking to grow their career into a supervisory position, or for a current supervisor looking for a change in a company that actually has room to progress further.

You will.

Coordinate end-to-end export sea freight shipments

Lead and manage a small team of sea export operators

Coordinate bookings, schedules, and carrier space

Liaise with transport, warehouses, and overseas agents

Prepare export documentation and ensure compliance

Track shipments and manage any delays or changes

About You

1+ year experience in freight forwarding (export) operations

Exposure to CargoWise
