We are looking for a skilled and passionate Burger, Philly Cheesesteak and Chicken Chef / Grill Master to join our team.

Requirements: Proven experience preparing premium burgers, Philly cheesesteaks, grilled chicken, and beef dishes.

Expert in grilling and cooking different cuts of meat to the correct doneness.

Knowledge of meat preparation, seasoning, marination, and portion control.

Ability to maintain consistent food quality and presentation.

Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen.

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.

Ability to manage stock, minimize waste, and maintain a clean workstation.

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities: Prepare and cook burgers, Philly cheesesteaks, chicken, and other grilled menu items.

Ensure every order meets the restaurant’s quality standards.

Monitor grill temperatures and cooking times.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station.

Assist with inventory and food preparation as needed.
