Job Opportunity: Structural Engineer

Nuhood Najd Contracting Co. (an ambitious and growing construction company) is seeking a qualified and motivated Structural Engineer to join our team, contribute to project execution, and support our business expansion.

Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site supervision of structural work, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.

Review and audit structural and architectural drawings prior to execution.

Monitor daily progress on site and coordinate activities among labor and subcontractors.

Prepare regular progress reports (daily/weekly) regarding site activities.

Ensure strict adherence to quality control and occupational safety standards on site.

Perform material takeoff (quantity surveying) and assist in preparing progress payment certificates.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Experience: Fresh graduate or 1–3 years of experience in contracting and construction.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in essential engineering software (AutoCAD) and familiarity with structural analysis tools.

Professional Registration: Active registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred).

Offer and Benefits:

Total Monthly Salary: SAR 3,500 to SAR 4,000 (commensurate with experience and competence).
