Job Purpose.

To create innovative and sustainable landscape designs for land developments, parks, public spaces, residential and commercial projects, ensuring aesthetically appealing, functional, and environmentally responsible outdoor environments

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications. Prepare and develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed landscape designs for various projects.

Design green spaces, parks, gardens, plazas, streetscapes, and outdoor recreational areas.

Prepare landscape master plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, and irrigation drawings.

Conduct site analysis and assess environmental, climatic, and topographical conditions.

Select appropriate plant species, trees, shrubs, and ground covers suitable for project requirements and local climate conditions.

Develop landscape design presentations, renderings, and 3D visualizations.

Prepare technical specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and design reports.

Coordinate with architectural, civil, and infrastructure disciplines to ensure design integration.

Utilize design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and related applications.

Ensure compliance with project requirements, local regulations, sustainability standards, and landscape design best practices.

Review and incorporate client comments and project requirements throughout the design process.

Stay updated with current trends, materials, and sustainable solutions in landscape architecture and urban design.

Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape design and master planning.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, and other landscape design software. Strong design, visualization, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to prepare landscape concepts, detailed designs, and planting plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
