Valve Technician
Region: Riyadh
We are looking for an experienced Aramco Approved Valve Technician to join our team for ongoing industrial and oil and gas projects in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, overhauling, testing, and repair of industrial valves.
Disassemble, inspect, repair, reassemble, and pressure test gate, globe, check, ball, butterfly, control, PSV, and safety relief valves.
Conduct valve lapping, seat replacement, actuator servicing, and calibration.
Ensure all activities comply with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and approved procedures.
Prepare inspection reports, maintenance records, and test documentation.
Support shutdown, turnaround, and maintenance activities while maintaining high safety standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in valve maintenance within oil and gas, petrochemical, or industrial facilities.
Saudi Aramco Approval is mandatory.
Experience with valve testing, troubleshooting, and refurbishment.
Knowledge of API, ASME, and Saudi Aramco standards is preferred.
Strong commitment to HSE and quality requirements.
Requirements: Aramco Approved Valve Technician certificate.
Transferable Iqama (preferred for candidates currently in Saudi Arabia).
Ability to join immediately is an advantage.
Willingness to work at project sites across Saudi Arabia.
