ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This company is widely regarded as one of Sydney's leading building firms, with over 2 decades of proven and demonstrated experience delivering high-end construction, fit out, and refurbishment projects across Australia. This company needs no introduction. Specialising in Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Education, and Government projects valued in the 2M to 30M range, this business has recently won a number of projects and due to continuous project pipeline, they are looking to grow their team with an experienced Site Foreman/Manager to start immediately.

ABOUT THE ROLE.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the project site, it's trades, contractors, and ensure that your allocated project is being delivered within the parameters of excellent WHS, quality, and time management. The role will be well supported by your team, which will consist of a Project Manager, Contracts Administrators, Foreman, and Leading Hand. This opportunity is best suited to a candidate looking for a career defining role that will propel them in their industry with exposure to high-end bespoke projects predominately across the Sydney metro region!

DUTIES.

On-site construction activity management

Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation

Construction program scheduling

Sub-contractor Management

Skills and Experience.

Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent

Foreman / Site Management experience essential across commercial projects

5+ years project experience
