Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently and accurately manage booking operations via Amadeus system (ticketing, re issuance/modifications, and refunds).

- Design, organize, and market travel packages, tours, and hotel reservations tailored to client preferences.

- Provide professional advice regarding flight routes, destinations, visa procedures, and travel requirements.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any travel-related emergencies promptly.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Proven hands-on experience in travel agencies.

Advanced proficiency in using Amadeus system.

Strong expertise in hotel booking platforms and ground arrangements.

Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and strong teamwork capabilities.
