Native Decor is looking for a Junior Cabinet Assembler based in Alexandra to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the woodworking industry and is eager to learn and develop new skills.

The successful candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in woodworking, furniture manufacturing, cabinet making, or a similar assembly environment. You must be a fast learner, able to follow instructions, and work well as part of a team.

You must be able to read and interpret cutting lists and have a good understanding of basic mathematics. You should be confident measuring materials accurately, assembling components correctly, and paying close attention to detail to produce quality work.

Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of woodworking or furniture assembly experience. No criminal record. Must live in Alexandra or surrounding areas. Able to read and interpret cutting lists. Good basic math’s skills.

Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.

Willing to learn, take instruction, and work in a busy workshop.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
