About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail -orientated Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about branding, digital communication and supporting marketing initiatives from conception to execution. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure smooth operations, effective campaign delivery and consistent brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign support — Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

Content creation — Draft social media posts, newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials.

Social media management — Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and help grow our online presence.

Market research — Gather insights on competitors, trends, and customer behaviour to support strategic decisions.

Reporting — Track campaign performance, compile analytics, and prepare weekly or monthly reports.

Administrative support — Maintain marketing databases and assist with general departmental tasks.

Requirements

Education — Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Technical skills — Familiarity with social media platforms, basic design tools, and Microsoft Office.

Soft skills — Strong communication, organisation, creativity, and attention to detail.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
