Design Manager (Precast)

Region: Dammam (Dammam)

We are looking for an experienced Design Manager (Precast) to lead our design department and deliver innovative, high-quality precast concrete solutions.

Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Minimum 15 years of experience in structural, precast concrete engineering

Minimum 8 years in a managerial or lead design role

Strong knowledge of precast concrete systems, reinforced and prestressed concrete design

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla Structures, and structural analysis software

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Arabic and English proficiency
