Job Title: Estimation Engineer

Reporting to: General Manager/Bidding Manager

Office Location: Dhahran, KSA

Key Responsibilities:

Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and customer requirements.

Prepare detailed cost estimations for Civil Infrastructure Projects and/or Industrial Projects.

Coordinate with Sales and Technical Services departments to ensure technical accuracy and proper project requirements alignment.

Prepare and submit quotations within the required timeline.

Follow up on quotations and support the Sales team during technical and commercial discussions.

Maintain and update costing sheets, estimation databases, and price lists.

Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining company quality standards.

Support management with reports related to quotations, project costing, and sales analysis.

Ensure compliance with approved pricing structures and company procedures.

Assist in improving estimation procedures and workflow efficiency.

The strongest requirements are:

Civil Engineering degree

5+ years of estimation experience

Experience with Saudi Energy/SEC projects and/or Aramco/SABIC-related industrial projects

Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications, BOQs, and scope of work

Hands-on quantity takeoff and cost estimation

Experience preparing technical/commercial quotations

Strong Excel and preferably ERP skills

Ability to coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Management

Understanding of pricing, margins, cost optimization, and commercial analysis

Ability to handle multiple quotations and meet tight deadlines

Joining date: Immediately or within 1 month
