We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers on the Sunshine Coast to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them. 

This could include:

Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting)

Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks

Supporting someone to get out into the community

Attending appointments or social activities

Medication support

Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)

Shifts available

Shifts available across multiple locations on the Sunshine Coast, from Little Mountain to Tewantin.

Shifts are available across a variety of times, and we will work with you to build a permanent roster that suits your availability.  

We welcome applications from anyone interested, especially those available for:

Early mornings (from 6am)

Split shifts morning and afternoons

Overnight/sleepover shifts

What you’ll need

A passion for people and a focus on great customer service

A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes

Great listening and respectful communication skills

Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willing to obtain)

Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these)

Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport
