Maintenance and Technical Services to Saudi Arabia

We are a new and growing Maintenance and Technical Services company starting operations in Al Khobar and Dammam, with opportunities extending to Riyadh.

Maintenance Technician / Foreman

We are looking for an experienced multi-skilled expatriate technician/foreman with strong practical knowledge of:

Plumbing and paint

Electrical works

HVAC / AC maintenance

Motor winding and electrical motors

General building maintenance

Ability to supervise technicians and manage site work

Experience in Saudi Arabia and a valid transferable Iqama are preferred.

MARKETING and BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

We are also looking for an experienced expatriate professional who can:

Generate new customers and business leads

Obtain maintenance and technical service contracts

Develop residential, commercial and industrial clients

Build strong customer relationships

Promote our services across Al Khobar, Dammam and Riyadh

Work on a commission / partnership basis initially
