Workshop Coordinator, Front Desk Manager — Auto Garage

Region: Riyadh (Sanaiyya Qadeem Riyadh)

We are hiring a Front Desk Manager / Bookkeeper for our auto workshop in Riyadh. This is an all-round role for someone who can run the front office, deal with customers, coordinate the technical team, and keep the books straight.

Responsibilities:

• Manage walk-in and regular customers, handle vehicle intake, job estimates, and status updates

• Supervise and coordinate the daily work of the technical team

• Liaise with spare parts suppliers for sourcing and delivery coordination

• Maintain complete bookkeeping records (invoices, expenses, payments)

• Perform daily cash/sales reconciliation, weekly and monthly closing

• Support business development (customer retention, follow-ups, and new opportunities)

• General front desk and light administrative duties

Requirements

• 2-3 years] Prior experience in an auto workshop or vehicle maintenance environment

• Basic technical understanding of vehicle servicing and repair operations

• Experience supervising a small technical team

• Comfortable with bookkeeping, daily reconciliation, and monthly closing

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Whatsapp reporting

• Good communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)

• Valid transferable Iqama / ready to relocate to Saudi Arabia

Salary: SAR 2,000–3,000 per month

Location: Riyadh
