Senior Hairdresser / Hair Extension Specialist

Senior Hairdresser | Southern River + Opportunities Across Mane Republic

Mane Republic is looking for an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our Perth salon group, with a primary focus on our Southern River location and opportunities to work across our Joondalup or Bennett Springs salons.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build a strong clientele, earn well and become part of a salon group that has been established in Perth for over a decade.

ABOUT MANE REPUBLIC

Mane Republic is an established Perth hair salon group with locations in Southern River, Joondalup and Bennett Springs.

Hair extensions are at the heart of our brand. We’ve specialised in weft extensions for more than a decade and are known for transformations, beautiful colour work and creating hair that our clients genuinely love wearing.

We’re currently entering an exciting new phase for our Southern River salon and are looking for the right Senior Stylist to help us grow it.

THE ROLE

Your primary location will be Mane Republic Southern River, where you’ll have the opportunity to build your own clientele while working with an existing salon database and the support of the wider Mane Republic brand.

There may also be opportunities to work from either our Joondalup or Bennett Springs locations, making this particularly suited to someone looking for flexibility and longer term opportunities within an established salon group.

We’re looking for someone who is confident in:

Colour and blondes

Cutting and styling

Client consultations

Building and retaining a clientele

Rebooking and client care

Creating beautiful, commercially wearable hair

Experience in hair extensions is highly regarded, but it isn’t essential.

If you’re already an extension specialist, we’d love to hear from you.

If you’re a great Senior Hairdresser who wants to become exceptional at extensions, we can provide training in Mane Republic’s extension methods and systems.

Why Join Mane Republic?

We want our stylists to have the opportunity to build dream careers, work life balance and earn well.

You’ll have access to:

An established Perth salon brand and existing client database

3 salon locations across Perth

Competitive hourly pay

Commission opportunities

Hair extension education and development

Support with building your personal clientele

Marketing and social media exposure through Mane Republic

Established salon systems, premium products and ongoing support, with opportunities to develop your skills through industry training and professional education.

Opportunities to grow within the wider Mane Republic group

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to build something.

You don’t need to arrive with a completely full clientele. We want someone who is motivated to grow one, and we’ll work with you to help make that happen.

Who We’d Love To Meet

You’re probably someone who:

Is a qualified Senior Hairdresser

Genuinely loves the industry

Takes pride in the quality of their work

Is confident working independently

Enjoys being part of a supportive team

Wants to earn well and grow their clientele

Is reliable and takes ownership of their column

Loves transformations, colour and beautiful hair

Is interested in developing their extension skills

The Details

Primary location: Southern River

Potential additional locations: Joondalup or Bennett Springs

Employment: Permanent part time/Casual, with the opportunity to increase hours as your clientele grows
