About Rath Digital

We're a Brisbane-based performance marketing agency working with Australian investment property firms, luxury real estate, and professional home improvement service businesses (tradies) across Australia.

We manage lead campaigns across Meta and Google Ads and we're good at what we do.

You will be building relationships directly with clients via phone, sms and email.

The Role

We're growing and adding a senior hire to our core team.

You'll be working across Meta and Google with genuine client ownership and creative strategy.

You'll be managing Meta and Google campaigns, writing copy, briefing ad creative with designers, and delegating to our virtual marketing admin team.

You'll be accountable for campaign results, talking to clients, and driving creative from day

You'll also be responsible for managing and mentoring a junior marketing team member, helping set direction and maintain quality across their accounts.

What You'll Own

Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management and creative development across your portfolio of service-based clients. Dealing with contractors who manage Google ads.

Creative Development to briefing and directing ad creative (video reels and graphics) with our Creative Director, knowing what makes a winning ad

Copywriting to crafting ad copy, landing page copy, and video sales letter scripts that get attention, engage and convert

Marketing Strategy to Auditing clients and defining best and highest use of marketing budget across Instagram and Facebook

Client Relationships to proactive communication, reporting, and retention

Campaign Performance to Fortnightly KPIs, hitting targets and communicating what's next in store for growth. You understand how to read numbers, optimise and split-test to achieve results

Project Management to Communicating with Creative Director and Google and Web departments to achieve the best client outcomes

Manage website projects end to end to briefing designers in Figma and tasking developers through to launch

Who You Are

2-3+ years in a paid Facebook or Google ads role

Advanced Meta Ads experience with real budget management chasing kpis and improving month on month

Creative thinker who can brief a designer clearly and spot what performs

Strong client-facing background to you can run a Google Meets and keep clients informed, happy and assured

Organised and self-directed across multiple accounts simultaneously

Google Ads experience across search campaigns. Not essential but regarded highly

Tools and Training:

Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Go High Level, Slack

Canva for content production

Claude and other LLMs for copy refinement and strategy development

GA4, GTM for conversion tracking

Hume AI and eleven labs for reel voiceovers

Figma for design briefing and web projects

Rath Anthropic Agent skills

Fireflies for meeting notes and documentation

Role Offer

90,000 to 100,000 base depending on experience

New client commission structures OTE over stated range

Hybrid to Bowen Hills, Brisbane based, flexible working encouraged (1-2 days in office)
