About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Electrician to join our growing team in Perth. This role is focused on high-quality residential installations, including solar PV systems, battery storage, and air conditioning systems.

You'll take the lead on-site, working alongside trade assistants and apprentices who support with labour and installation tasks—allowing you to focus on technical, skilled electrical work and system quality.

Key Responsibilities

Installation and commissioning of:

Solar PV systems (grid-connected)

Battery energy storage systems (BESS)

Split system and ducted air conditioning

Electrical wiring, terminations, and testing

Switchboard upgrades and compliance work

System commissioning and fault finding

Completing compliance documentation (e.g. ESC, NOC)

Supervising and directing trade assistants and apprentices

Ensuring all work meets WA regulations and AS/NZS standards

Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient worksite

What We're Looking For

WA A-Grade Electrical Licence

Experience in solar and/or battery installations (highly desirable)

Experience with air conditioning installations (preferred)

Strong understanding of AS/NZS 3000 and relevant standards

Ability to lead a small team on-site

High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Valid driver's licence
