Need Delivery Operations Supervisor, Team Leader

Region: Riyadh (AR-rayaan)

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Operations Supervisor, Team Leader with strong hands-on experience in Hunger Station and Keeta operations.

What You Will Do Manage and supervise delivery riders on a daily basis

Handle and resolve rider queries, complaints and operational issues

Monitor rider performance, attendance, login hours and orders

Improve rider productivity and ensure daily/monthly targets are achieved

Follow up with low-performing riders and help improve their performance

Monitor rider attendance, session compliance and operational discipline

Coordinate with riders and operations management

Handle urgent operational problems and provide quick solutions

Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new riders

Prepare daily performance reports and identify riders who need improvement

Ensure company rules, platform requirements and operational procedures are followed

Requirements

Previous experience in Hunger Station and Keeta is REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of food delivery operations in Saudi Arabia

Previous experience managing delivery riders/team

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle rider issues professionally

Good knowledge of rider performance metrics and platform operations

Ability to work under pressure and manage a large team

Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets is preferred

Arabic + English preferred; Hindi/Urdu/Bangla is an advantage

Must be available in Riyadh
