Job Details: Recruitment Director - URGENTLY required for Oil & Gas Company based in UAE. Candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce or Human Resources with minimum of 20 years of related experience. Should have background in EPC, Oil and Gas Industry. Must have Firm operational recruitment management skills with the ability to hire, train and retain recruiters.
Strong relationship builder and communication skills are essential.
