About the Role

We are seeking experienced Café Staff with barista experience to join our team at The Ary Toukley.

Our café is a busy, fast-paced environment, so we are looking for people who are confident working under pressure while continuing to provide friendly and efficient service to our members and guests.

The role will include preparing quality coffee and beverages, taking customer orders, operating POS, food service, maintaining a clean and organised café area, and providing great customer service.

Previous café experience and demonstrated barista experience are essential.

As a seven-day operation, applicants must have flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

About You

Previous café and barista experience

Confident making quality coffee in a busy, high-volume environment

Friendly personality to it’s all about the smile!

Amazing customer service and communication skills

Able to work efficiently and remain organised during busy periods

A true team player with a can-do attitude

Reliable and well presented

Comfortable working across a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Current RSA certification to or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
