Accountant, Sales and Operations Officer

Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Whataparts, a company specializing in the sale of automotive spare parts, is looking for an experienced professional who can combine accounting, sales, inventory management, and daily operations.

Previous experience in the automotive spare parts and accessories industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accounting records and financial statements.

Monitor purchases, sales, expenses, profits, and profit margins.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and operational reports.

Sell automotive spare parts and accessories and deal directly with customers.

Develop new customers, increase sales, and follow up with existing customers.

Follow up on purchases and coordinate with suppliers.

Organize and manage inventory, including stock movement and stock counts.

Issue and follow up on invoices and organize financial and operational documents.

Use Microsoft Excel to prepare reports, analyze data, and monitor financial and inventory records.

Monitor daily operations and ensure the accuracy of sales, inventory, and accounting data.

Maintain organized accounting, operational, and administrative files.

Requirements: Previous experience in accounting and preparation of financial statements and reports. Previous experience in sales of automotive spare parts and accessories. Good understanding of purchases, sales, profit calculations, and profit margins. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience in inventory management, invoicing, and document organization. Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license is required. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for financial and operational tasks. Candidates with combined experience in accounting, sales, inventory management, and operations are preferred.
