The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Medical Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne team. You’ll work with an established client and candidate base, placing doctors in locum, contract, and permanent roles while delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

Manage end-to-end recruitment for medical roles

Build relationships with doctors and healthcare providers

Source and place candidates across Australia

Collaborate with a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment

About You

2+ years’ experience in recruitment (healthcare essential)

Confident communicator with strong attention to detail

Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities

Team-focussed, proactive, and service-driven

Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with some on-call flexibility
