Who we are looking for:
As Axonify’s Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing innovative and original design solutions for the organization. This diverse role will allow you to unleash your creativity in all areas of marketing communication, branding, social media and website design.
Responsibilities
• Own and manage all aspects of corporate design and creative direction, including the Axonify website, collateral and video output
• Manage the design process from planning to final execution including creation, maintenance and delivery of current and future web design & graphics
• Develop and propose creative prototypes/solutions that address overall design, site navigation and layout of content
• Collaborate with members of the marketing team to develop highly valuable content pieces
• Implement design solutions to support the overall direction and focus of the organization
• Work collaboratively Axonify’s Instructional Design team with the creation of their content library
Education/Experience
• Degree or Diploma in web or graphic design
• Minimum 3-5 years in web and graphics design
• Experience building and designing websites, online ads, and illustrations
• Expertise in user experience and interaction design
• A wizard with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat and Illustrator)
• Experience with SEO optimization a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with After Effects and either Premiere or Final Cut Pro considered a serious asset.
• Understanding of usability/interaction design.
