We're hiring a permanent technician for the long term, not summer cover. Here's the job, the pay, the hours, and who we are.

The Money

47–57 per hour + super + monthly performance bonuses on top. Bonus potential is uncapped, the more you put out, the more you earn, with no ceiling. Our technicians earn bonus money every month, not just in peak season, and we'll walk you through exactly how it works when we talk.

Paid weekly, on time, every time. Overtime paid at penalty rates.

The Work

Residential servicing, fault finding, repairs and installs of wall splits, ducted reverse cycle and evaporative air conditioning, right across Adelaide.

8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime available.

Every job is booked and scheduled by the office and lands on your iPad with full notes, history and photos before you pull up. You won't be walking in blind or piecing the story together in the driveway.

Full admin and field support behind you. Ring for a hand and you're talking to someone who has actually done the job.

What You'll Need

Trade qualified with a current ARCtick refrigerant handling licence

Solid residential experience across splits, ducted reverse cycle and evaporative

Fault-finding ability and a genuine can-do attitude

Good with people

Australian driver's licence

Pride in the finish, not just whether it switches on

Handy but not essential: working at heights, restricted electrical, dual trade electrical qualification.
