About your opportunity

Permanent part-time, 56 hours per fortnight

Join our team and make a difference in patient care. In this role, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse or Midwife to support the delivery of safe, high-quality care to patients. You will assist with delegated clinical and non-clinical duties, contribute to positive patient experiences, and seek support and direction when required to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Salary range: 38.11 to 40.45 p.h. (Nurse Grade 3)

4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

Requirements: Diploma of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.

Highly Desirable: Successful completion of modules related to medication administration and peripheral intravenous (IV) therapy.

Shift Workers: Appointees will be required to work all shifts in accordance with the unit roster, which will include participation in an on-call roster.

On-call: Appointees may be required to participate in an on-call roster.

Driver Licence: This position requires the applicant to possess an appropriate license to operate a Class C (car) motor vehicle.

This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
