Nestlé USA to Pizza Division in Little Chute, WI is hiring Frontline Leaders to 1st shift. This is a great opportunity for a dependable leader who enjoys supporting people, solving problems, and keeping production running safely and efficiently.

Job Snapshot

Starting pay: 36.24 per hour

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, with overtime and weekends as needed

Comprehensive benefits available after 30 days of employment

What You’ll Do

Set priorities, support team members, communicate updates, and help resolve day-to-day production needs.

What we’re looking for

Team Leader, lead, or supervisor experience

Food manufacturing or production experience

Continuous Improvement, Lean manufacturing, or TPM experience
