Industrial Services Operators | Alcoa Pinjarra, WA
We’re looking for experienced Industrial Services Operators to join our growing team in Alcoa Pinjarra, WA. If you’ve got the right tickets, a strong work ethic, and enjoy hands-on, physically demanding work, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
High Pressure Water Jetting (HPWJ)
Vacuum Truck operations
Industrial cleaning and waste services
Working across refinery, mining and major industrial sites
Working 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends
What You Need
HPW Operator ticket to essential
Previous High Pressure Water Jetting experience
Experience working within refinery, mining or heavy industrial environments
Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends
Strong safety focus
Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Highly Regarded
Previous Supervisor or Team Leader experience
HR licence or above, with proven heavy vehicle driving experience
HC licence highly regarded
Vacuum Truck experience
Yellow gear tickets and operating experience
Working at Heights (WAH)
Confined Space Entry (CSE)
Current Alcoa and/or South32 site inductions
