Education: Completion of university

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Area of Planning Specialization: Community or neighborhood, Heritage, Housing, Urban design
Specific Skills: Confer with appropriate authorities and interest groups to formulate and develop land use or community plans, Present plans to civic, rural and regional authorities and hold public meetings, Review and evaluate proposals for land use and development plans and prepare recommendations
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines
