The Role:

They are open to an experienced Sales Executive seeking a ‘plug and play’ style opportunity with no restrictions OR a Sales Associate looking to step out on their own / build their own reputation.

Your day to day will include:

Assist incoming vendor enquiries and prospect for listings

Conducting listing presentations

Coordinating advertising with the Marketing Team

Prepare for and undertake open for inspections

Negotiate sales

Nurture relationships with Buyers and your future-vendor pipeline

Contribute to the wider company culture and business success

Requirements:

If you have been in a Sales Associate role and want to take the next step, or are an Agent seeking a role where you can gain traction quickly (and with higher commissions!!) to this is for you

Real Estate sales experience

Generating in excess of 200K GCI

Current Certificate of Registration / License, car and driver’s license

Desire to learn and grow within a thriving office
