Estimation and Tendering Engineer
Region: Riyadh
Required Experience: 5–7 years on projects in Saudi Arabia; experience with finishing works is preferred.
Responsibilities: Conducting technical research on tenders and reviewing tender documents.
Performing quantity take-offs and preparing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Analyzing material and labor requirements.
Calculating indirect costs and risk factors.
Preparing financial proposals.
Costing the project for execution following the award.
