We are looking for an experienced Operations and Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead procurement and strategic sourcing

Manage suppliers and manufacturing partners

Oversee inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution

Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency

Develop SOPs, KPIs, and reporting dashboards

Ensure product, packaging, and shipping quality

Lead and develop the operations team

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

8–12 years of relevant experience

Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, retail, or e-commerce

Strong experience in procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics management

Experience with contract manufacturers and suppliers

Strong ERP systems experience

GCC experience is preferred

CSCP/CPIM certification is an advantage

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
