Sales Representative to Heavy Equipment Spare Parts

Region: Dammam (Dammam)

We are seeking experienced Sales Representatives to join a company specializing in heavy equipment spare parts. The successful candidates will be responsible for generating sales, serving customers, developing client relationships, and promoting the company’s products, with particular emphasis on Caterpillar spare parts.

Mandatory Requirements

Heavy Equipment Spare Parts Experience Is Mandatory: Candidates must have direct sales experience in heavy equipment spare parts. Candidates without relevant heavy equipment spare parts sales experience should NOT apply.

Currently In Saudi Arabia: Candidates must currently be residing and available in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Candidates located outside Saudi Arabia should NOT apply.

Experience with Caterpillar spare parts is highly preferred.

Position Types

Indoor / Counter Sales Representative to 2 Vacancies

Handle walk-in customers and customer inquiries.

Identify customer spare-parts requirements and recommend suitable products.

Prepare quotations and process sales orders.

Follow up with customers and support repeat business.

Coordinate with the warehouse and relevant departments regarding product availability and delivery.

Outdoor Sales Representative to 1 Vacancy

Visit existing and prospective customers.

Generate new sales opportunities and develop the customer base.

Promote heavy equipment spare parts and company products.

Follow up on quotations, customer requirements, and sales opportunities.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Work toward assigned monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia.

Nationalities: Yemeni, Indian, Pakistani, or Egyptian.

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

Previous sales experience in heavy equipment spare parts is mandatory.

Experience with Caterpillar spare parts is highly preferred.

Strong sales and customer-service skills.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.

Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
