Scaffolding Supervisor to Industrial / Saudi Aramco Projects

FSF Infrastructure Private Limited is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisorwith strong industrial construction experience.
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a Scaffolding Supervisorin Saudi Arabia.
- Previous Saudi Aramco, refinery, petrochemical, tank, shutdown, maintenance or industrial project experienceis highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding erection, modification, inspection coordination and dismantling.
- Experience in scaffolding works for tanks, piping, structural steel, equipment, buildings and maintenance activities.
- Good understanding of tube and coupler and system scaffolding.
- Familiar with scaffolding tagging systems and safe access requirements.
- Good knowledge of load requirements, bracing, ties, foundations, platforms, guardrails and toe boards.
- Ability to read scaffold drawings and coordinate special scaffold requirements.
- Strong knowledge of work-at-height and fall-protection requirements.
- Ability to supervise scaffolders and coordinate with construction, HSE and inspection teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily scaffolding erection, modification and dismantling activities.
- Ensure scaffolds are erected according to approved procedures and project requirements.
- Coordinate scaffold inspection and tagging before use.
- Ensure proper foundations, bracing, ties, platforms, access and edge protection.
- Monitor scaffold loading and prevent unauthorized modifications.
- Coordinate scaffolding requirements for tank, piping, mechanical, structural, civil and maintenance works.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with site HSE requirements.
- Monitor manpower, productivity and scaffolding material utilization.
- Ensure damaged or defective scaffolding materials are removed from service.
- Maintain daily scaffolding records and support progress reporting.
