Production Supervisor, Deputy Production Manager to Furniture and Kitchens, Riyadh

Wood Selection, a home furniture factory in Riyadh, is hiring a Production Supervisor / Deputy Production Manager.

The role: Supervise daily production across all workshops: cutting, carpentry, upholstery, painting and packing. Take accurate site measurements at customer locations. Make sure every project runs smoothly from site measurement to final delivery, with high quality and on schedule. Review technical drawings and cutting lists before production. Follow up team performance against production targets. Coordinate with procurement, sales and management, with close follow-up and regular reports.

Requirements (mandatory): 3+ years of experience as a supervisor in carpentry, furniture or kitchen workshops. Hands-on experience in taking site measurements at customer locations. Bachelor's degree or diploma. Valid Saudi driving license. Based in Riyadh, with a valid iqama transferable to a new sponsor. Available to join immediately.

Preferred: Degree in Architectural or Industrial Engineering. Experience in furniture manufacturing. AutoCAD or similar software. Arabic and English.

Skills: Strong supervisory and leadership skills in a production environment. Planning skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at once. Reading technical drawings and cutting lists. Quality control and attention to detail. Problem-solving, working under pressure and meeting deadlines. Good communication with workers, clients and management. Organized, with well-documented work. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of wood, MDF, panels and hardware.

Salary: 3,500 to 5,000 SAR per month. Full-time. with the subject "Production Supervisor".
