Experience Required: 4–5 years

Availability: Immediate — Ready to transfer Iqama

We are looking for a skilled Construction Work Estimator with strong experience in material pricing, supplier coordination, and cost analysis for civil and construction projects.

Key Requirements:

4–5 years of experience in construction estimation

Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and market prices

Excellent negotiation skills with vendors and subcontractors

Ability to prepare accurate BOQs, cost breakdowns, and quotations

Ready to transfer Iqama

Currently available in the Eastern Province

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil and construction works

Coordinate with suppliers to obtain updated material prices

Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost-effective procurement

Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements

Support tendering and procurement activities
