Sourcing Officer

Region: Riyadh

Key Responsibilities

Procurement: Source materials, equipment, and spare parts from local and international suppliers at best prices

-Request, compare, and evaluate quotations (RFQs) from multiple vendors

-Prepare supplier comparison sheets and purchase requisitions

- Prepare quotation based on best prices and technical requirements

-Follow up on purchase orders, delivery timelines, and shipment status

-Maintain updated supplier databases and pricing records

-Coordinate between sales and procurement to ensure accurate pricing and lead times

-Support smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree

1–2 years of experience in procurement, sales coordination, or trading (electromechanical/industrial sector is a must)

Relationship with suppliers local and international in eletromechanical parts

Strong skills in MS Excel and outlook (comparison sheets, formulas, formatting)

Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Ability to multitask and manage multiple RFQs/quotations simultaneously

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills

Knowledge of basic electromechanical/industrial products is an advantage

Must have driving license.

Having your own car is a plus
