Exceptional behind the bar? Effortless on the floor? Both? Let’s talk.

Fire-driven food. Standout whisky and wine. Service with personality. We’re looking for experienced bartenders, wait staff and FOH all-rounders who put the guest experience first. Read the room, anticipate needs and make every guest feel welcome to from the first hello to the final farewell.

Bring your strengths:

Bar: exceptional cocktail skills, strong spirits knowledge and fast, precise execution.

Floor: confident table service, sharp food and wine knowledge, and an eye for the details.

Both? We’d love to hear from you.

You’ll bring proven experience in quality restaurants or bars, clear communication and a team-first approach. Know when to step in, stay composed during a busy service and deliver without the fuss.

The essentials: current RSA, Australian work rights and availability for shifts Wednesday–Sunday, including evenings and weekends.

NOTE: Never make payment to any employer, person, company, contractor or agency to get hired for a Job.

Send your CV and a few lines about your experience, strengths and availability to mindy@thearsonist.com.au.
