Garde Hotel / Emily Taylor Restaurant are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to help with the administration of our growing hospitality group in the heart of Fremantle.

We are hoping to find an individual with excellent organisation and time management skills, able to work accurately and independently within a fast-paced environment.

The role is offered on a casual basis, approx 16-20 hours/week across Tuesday-Thursday each week.

The role will involve: Payroll

Accounts Payable

Banking

Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements: Previous bookkeeping experience, especially in processing payroll

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Strong organisational and time management skills

Experience with Xero and Deputy ideal

Attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication skills

Immediate start available.
