Urgent Requirement – Civil Supervisor (Finishing and QC)

Rabigh, Saudi Arabia

Seafood Processing Facility – Building Construction

Minimum 8 years’ experience (Saudi experience preferred)

Priority for Indians, Transferable Iqama preferred

Technical Requirements

Building construction experience as a Civil/Finishing Supervisor, Senior Foreman or QC Inspector

Finishing works: blockwork, plaster, tiling, painting, false ceiling, waterproofing, doors and windows

Good knowledge of civil works: foundations, concrete, blockwork

Basic knowledge of structural steel: alignment and bolting/welding checks

Able to read architectural, structural and civil drawings

QA/QC: IRs, MIRs, NCRs, ITPs and snag lists

Strong HSE knowledge and site documentation skills

Able to coordinate with contractors, engineers and consultants

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering preferred

Responsibilities: Supervise daily finishing and civil works (80% site, 20% documentation)

Issue work permits; safety comes first

Inspect works against IRs and approve MIRs

Raise NCRs and follow them up until closed

Prepare daily progress and QC reports

Report delays, quality issues and safety violations to the Chief Engineer or PM

Subject: Civil Supervisor with QC Experience

Pay: Up to 8,500.00 per month
