Located in the east end of St John’s, Kenny’s Pond Retirement Community is one of Newfoundland’s premier choices for elegant and luxurious retirement living. We offer various living options for seniors= from Independent living programs, where our friendly staff will help residents maintain maximum independence, to full Assisted Living for those who require extra care and comprehensive nursing supervision.
We are currently looking for a Part Time Concierge  who will  provide  a high level of friendly, efficient customer service through the provison of information and special services to enhance the lives of the residents and thier guests. This requires the need to perform a variety of services which assist the residents and guests during thier stay and arrival.
Communicating directly with residents and guests in person and by telephone to handle thier concerns and issues.
Attention to detail and safety and demonstrate a concern for the residents and guests.
Demonstrate solid organization
Strong Knowledge of local community, area & region.
Demonstrate good ,  time management Skills.
Good problem solving and organizational skills.
Excellent in communication and customer service
Good verbal and written English Skills
Maintains current CPR/ First Aid Certificate
