An excellent opportunity for a talented Project Architect to take on a key leadership role with a highly regarded, multi-state architecture and design studio.

Known for its quality design outcomes and positive studio culture, this practice has an established reputation for delivering well-crafted residential developments.

With several apartment towers underway and a strong pipeline across the multi-residential and hospitality sectors, the studio is seeking an experienced Architect to help lead its next phase of project delivery.

This newly created position will suit a confident, client-facing professional with a proven background in large-scale apartment and residential tower projects.

Taking ownership of your projects, you will manage client relationships, coordinate consultants and lead internal teams, maintaining design quality while driving progress against project requirements and deadlines.

Strong design understanding, sound technical judgement and clear communication skills will be essential. You will bring a track record of resolving complex project challenges and translating design intent into coordinated, buildable outcomes.

Current, hands-on Revit proficiency is a requirement, alongside the ability to guide and support the wider project team.

A permanent position is available, with remuneration circa 135,000 plus Superannuation, reflecting the successful candidate’s skills and experience.
