Senior Manager Operational Risk
JOB SUMMARY: This role supports the Executive: Contracts and Operations by managing fraud risk and legal services proactively and effectively to contain the company’s exposure to financial and reputational loss.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: Fraud and Risk Management, Relationship Management, Project and Portfolio Management, Scheme Legal Services, Fraud Management Reporting, People Management
Requirements: At least a 3 year Degree, Diploma or NFQ equivalent in Law and Forensic experience.
• Project Management certification and/or qualifications or experience relevant to forensic investigations or project management.
• At least 7 years relevant work experience, including investigative experience, accounting / legal / computer forensic experience, program / project management experience.
• Must be in possession of a valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Be willing to travel at short notice
• Knowledge of the South African medical scheme industry (Advantageous)
