Job Description
The Red Rock Bar and Grill is a busy west-end restaurant serving top quality cuts of beef and fresh local seafood.  We are currently seeking individuals as  line cooks to work with and learn from a team that includes a Red Seal Chef and Pastry Chef with a combined 40 years of experience in the food service industry. 
Duties will include portion control, preparing certain dishes for cooking and getting the kitchen ready for daily operation.
Individuals will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment, while  still performing their prospective duties in a timely manner.
Ideal candidates would be individuals seeking a Red Seal Apprenticeship or those with a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a full service restaurant.
