Office/?Accounts Administrator Casual – Up to 30 hours per week
We’re a Trade Union based in Newcastle West seeking an experienced Office/?Accounts Administrator, to take on a Casual position of up to 30 hours a week, commencing February 2015
Key Tasks Include: Accounting, Processing a small weekly payroll in MYOB Superannuation preparation, Bank account, petty cash and credit card reconciliations, Accounts Payable, Receivable,  BAS & IAS preparation,  FBT,  General accounts data entry, end of month and journals, Administration, General reception, Office administration, Membership administration
 Conference organisation, Communicate with Union Officials, Periodical Journal design and publishing, Update website and social media regularly, Key Skills: Proven accounts experience including BAS, IAS, FBT, EOM, journals, reconciliations, creditors and debtors MYOB experience
 Above average Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel experience
 Experience in Adobe InDesign CS5 would be highly regarded but not essential
 Excellent general computer skills and a good understanding of a small office computer network
 Customer Service skills
 What we offer:  Hourly rate of $34 plus 13%? super Up to 30 hours per week Flexible hours Free parking

Ideally you will have up to five years’ experience in a similar role.? Experience in a non-profit organisation would also be highly regarded.?
