Graduate for Client Support Administrator

€25k per annum

Ideally with at least 6 months experience in an office environment, although attitude is more important, and an ability to operate in different aspects of a highly competitive customer service business.  

Your role will involve

the constant upkeep of all admin systems to meet the ever changing commercial environment
develop comprehensive knowledge of all areas of the business in order to efficiently deliver
ongoing customer care, key account management and relationship development for both new and existing business
identify and address gaps in process and systems
perform as a key part of all business areas including marketing, IT and customer projects
deliver a professional and highly efficient service to business teams
develop strong ties with all areas of the support systems within the company
be project driven with proven ability to deliver
develop complete commercial awareness in relation to competitor activity

 A high level of customer contact is required delivering an attitude that is positive and enthusiastic.  The ideal person will be proactive, passionate, enthusiastic and committed.
