Job Details: Technical Trainer - URGENTLY required for Oil & Gas EPC Company based in Dubai. Candidate should have a Engineering degree or equivalent with 7 years of experience in with mechanical and instrumentation technical instruction both in classroom and field within the oil/ gas industry. Must know how to implement educational strategies. Should demonstrate strong communication skills and experience with instructional design strategies for users with varying skill sets, as well as experience with adapting training modules and materials in a variety of formats including written, face-to-face and e-learning based models. Knowledgeable in writing and/or maintaining documentation such as user manuals, reference guides, on-line help text, individual training records. Excellent communication skills, English language and Arabic language is essential.
