QUALIFICATIONS: Degree / Diploma in Office Administration / Secretarial. 12 years experience in General Administrative experience. Valid South African Drivers Licence and own transport. Experience in Metal manufacturing added advantage.
Skills and Abilities Required:
• Experience in a similar role highly desirable
• Experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

DUTIES: Preparing board pack. Managing departmental administrators. Seat in committee meetings and write minutes. Prepare presentation for stakeholder marketing. Following up on final demands to debtors - by phoning debtor. When manager away letters dictated over the telephone. Prepare and coordinate meetings. Timeouts completion of minutes. Need to be speedy and accurate. Travel / accommodation and car bookings. Prepare travelling files / documents - Marketing literature for new Clients and Profile information on potential clients
Administration, Manage the CEOs automated diary of appointments, Update contact list continuously. Produce agenda and minutes of regular department meetings, Collate relevant information for documents and reports with regards to sales stats and figures, Compile, proof-read and send correspondence on Director’s behalf, Prepare, manage and format communication and correspondence, Proof-read documents to ensure accuracy of content and presentation, Answer or re-direct phone calls, emails and enquiries as point person for the department/take messages, Ensure Development Policies and Procedures are up-to-date to mail-out correspondence presentations and public relations activities, Track and update training manuals, Update and maintain the database. Assist with the organisation and implementation of special events, annual functions and promotional material, Liaise with representatives regarding sales figures and marketing material and presentations
